If you are drawing on a bitmap layer, your brush is always textured. It can also import multilayer PSD and PSB files, Illustrator, PDF. You can tweak textured vector brush strokes using various vector editing tools such as the Contour Editor, the Smooth Editor, the Perspective tool and the Envelope tool, and Harmony will resample the textures inside your brush strokes with each modification.
